Yearly Schedule
The archives opens each year on the first working day after the fifteenth of September and closes on the fifteenth of July. The archives is also closed on all feast days and holidays in Italy, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday, and the thirty-first of December.

Daily Schedule
The archives is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. Documents may be ordered from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 3:00 to 4:15 p.m. Any change or variation in this schedule will immediately be communicated to researchers.

Access: who may do research
Researchers in the archives must have the competence to read the documents provided. Archivists will provide some assistance only. Each year at the first visit to the archives, each researcher must register and provide proper documentation. Every day, both morning and afternoon, each must register in the daybook. Undergraduate or graduate students intending to use the archives must present a letter from their director detailing the subject of their research.
